Hi, I'm Katie
I'm Katie Sanders, mother of three, and proudly recovered from disordered eating, exercise addiction, and hypothalamic amenorrhoea. I healed my mind to heal my body.
I'm also a clinical hypnotherapist, wellness coach, and someone who has spent years working with women who are brilliant, capable and quietly exhausted by their relationship with perfection, food and their body.
My qualifications in clinical hypnotherapy and psychology, combined with years experience as a weight loss coach with Weight Watchers International understand both the clinical and the deeply human side of this pattern.
I work from a trauma-aware, evidence-informed framework. And I've spent years developing my methods, learning what goes on beneath the surface level behaviour, to the subconscious patterns that behaviour-based approaches simply cannot reach.
